Reply to Critics

Every author seeks recognition, but many regret receiving it.

The History of Human Reason has received a number of critiques, both formal and informal, but whereas the informal critiques were friendly, constructive and very positive, the published commentary has been very negative.

However, I am quite certain that these criticisms are almost wholly mistaken. In reply I have prepared a response that addresses what I take to be the most important criticisms. You can find this reply here.

I have also replied to the individual review by Jack David Eller. If you have read Dr Eller's review, I have also prepared a more or less line-by-line response (which also addresses a number of lesser issues) here.
